Dogwood announces new Summer four course menus!


Dogwood Restaurant  now has a new four course prix fixe, in both regular and vegetarian fare for. And just for an additional $25.00 you can add a wine pairing!

Market Menu $45

- Eastern Shore Cantaloupe 
wrapped in Iowa prosciutto, baby greens, mint pesto vinaigrette, pistachios
-Cornmeal Virginia-Fried Catfish 
sherried crawfish sauce, green tomatoes

-Texas BBQ Beef Brisket
black pepper grits, corn relish, Austin-style BBQ sauce

-Taharka Brothers Orange-Basil Sorbet
grilled Virginia peaches, handpicked Baldwin, Maryland Hybridoma Farm organic blueberries

Market Vegetarian Menu $40

-Chilled One Straw Zucchini Soup
roasted shiitake mushrooms, fresh dill zephyr, squash brunois

-Heirloom Hummingbird Farm Tomatoes & Handpulled Mozzarella
fresh basil on toasted baguette xv olive oil, aged balsamic

-Roasted Simmer Rock Organic Patty Pan Squash
stuffed with red organic quinoa, walnuts, eggplant, citrus zest, oven dried tomatoes and roasted garlic, red pepper coulis
